As long as you like…we advise wrapping up with warm layered outdoor clothing, where possible wear non slip flat shoes or boots.

Standard:

Skating session 45 minutes – Includes Skate hire
OFF PEAK:
Adult / Teen £12.50
Child (up to 12 years) £9
Family £35 (2 x Adult / Teens & 2 x Child)
Student £9 (valid photo ID will be required at the venue)
Skating sessions last 60 minutes, time includes collect and return boots.
Skate hire is included in the ticket price.
Ride credits or 4h unlimited riding wristband both can be purchased either in advance online or from our on site booths
Entry is free!
Sizes range from Junior 8 to adult size 15.
During busy sessions we may run out of certain skate sizes, we will always endeavour to provide a suitable alternative but please be aware skates are available on a first come first served basis.
We also have dual blade bob skates available for skaters with shoes size junior 8 – junior 11 (we have a limited number available on a first come first served basis.)
Yes please feel free to use your own Skates.
Yes we do, these are available at £5 per session on a first come first served basis.
Our Ice Rink is accessible to everyone, however we highly recommend visiting during quite periods.
Please note that electric wheelchair users may need to switch into manual mode. We also advise that wheelchair users are accompanied on the ice by a carer or personal assistant. If you have any questions during your visit to the ice please ask to speak to the duty manager.
At this establishment, we have a strict policy that only permits guide dogs to enter. Guide dogs are special and highly trained animals who serve an essential role to their owners by guiding them through their daily tasks and providing support. We understand the important role these dogs play in the lives of those who rely on them and therefore ensure that they are the only dogs permitted in our establishment. We take our responsibility to maintain a safe and comfortable environment very seriously and appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy. Thank you for helping us to ensure the safety and comfort of all of our patrons, including those with guide dogs.
Safety is our main priority, we want everyone to feel safe and enjoy the event. On occasion our security team may carry out bag checks and there are restrictions on items we allow on site.
During your visit we ask you remain vigilant, do not to leave bags or belongings unattended.

Any article that may be used or perceived as a weapon that may compromise public safety
Open bottles of drink/liquid (Unopened bottles of water will be accepted)
A bit of rain won’t stop us, Winter Wonderland is an outdoor event so please make sure you wrap up warm! There are some covered areas and some indoor seating.
In the event of extreme adverse weather (high winds etc) we may need to close the site at short notice – wherever possible we will advertise this on our social media channels but please be aware that when we close for safety reasons there may be limited notice.
Alcohol is available from our licensed Bars, please bear in mind we operate a challenge 25 policy so when purchasing alcohol if you look under 25 you will be asked for valid identification to confirm that you are aged 18 plus.
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol in from off site and any alcoholic drinks purchased from the bars must be consumed before leaving the event site.
We always try our best to be as inclusive as possible, however certain rides and attractions are physically demanding and vigorous. We therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to any ride or attraction should we feel there is an unacceptable risk to your safety, or the safety of others should they participate. Our ride operators and team members are always available to assist and advise in any way they can.
Portable toilet facilities are available onsite
